The Social Sorting Experience

The Social Sorting Experience

An interactive performance about how algorithms shape you — and what you think about it.

What is it?

A spectacular interactive experience that tells the story of your digital identity in the language and world of young people.

Through thought-provoking challenges, humour, and smart technology, participants confront how algorithms classify, judge, and steer them — often without them noticing.

What do you do with your smartphone? What actually happens to your data behind that shiny screen? How can every social platform be free while being run by some of the wealthiest companies in the world?

These questions and more are explored during The Social Sorting Experience.

With your own smartphone as your guide, you become part of a collective journey of discovery into privacy, bias, and the power of technology companies.

This performance can be booked exclusively through Buro Bannink.
